18th FOUNDING ANNIVERSARY OF INCORP PHILIPPINES: Celebrating 18 Years of Continuous Growth and Success

Cheers to 18 Amazing Years at InCorp Philippines! 🎉

Last February 28, 2025, we proudly celebrated our incredible 18th Founding Anniversary! This milestone was made even more meaningful as we came together once again during our quarterly townhall yesterday, March 27, 2025, to honor this achievement and reflect on our shared success.

We kicked things off with an icebreaker where team members shared words describing their first day and how they feel now. Following the icebreaker, Atty. Amanda Carpo, the Country Head of InCorp Philippines, delivered a heartfelt speech, sharing the inspiring story of how InCorp Philippines began and the key moments that shaped our success.

During the town hall, the People & Culture team provided updates on projects and activities, and standout team members were honored as GEM awardees for their contributions. A highlight was the management committee’s discussion on our first-quarter progress, celebrating achievements and answering insightful employee questions during the Q&A, fostering a culture where every employee’s voice is valued and heard.

Afterward, we were treated to an entertaining showcase of talent from our new hires, which everyone thoroughly enjoyed! The day ended on a sweet note, sharing delicious treats, fruits, and snacks while basking in the joy of our shared success.

Here’s to 18 years of continuous growth and teamwork! 🍻🌟
