Aaron “Abby” Palada is a Senior Business Consultant at InCorp Philippines, where she assists clients with legal compliance matters related to business registration, product registration, corporate housekeeping, due diligence, and other regulatory requirements. She has catered to foreign investors seeking assistance in setting up businesses in the Philippines and has over ten (10) years of experience in this field.
Prior to rejoining InCorp Philippines, Abby served as a Senior Executive at ZICO Corporate Services, where she spearheaded the Corporate Services team. She also previously spent six (6) years with InCorp Philippines (then Kittelson and Carpo Consulting), where she gained extensive experience in corporate and regulatory work.
Abby holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science major in Paralegal Studies degree from the University of Makati. She is currently pursuing her Juris Doctor degree at the Arellano University School of Law.
