Amanda Carpo is the Country Head and CEO of InCorp Philippines. As an attorney, her practice focuses on providing legal advice on inbound foreign investment to local and foreign clients, particularly those seeking assistance with market entry into the Philippines. Her practice includes business incorporation, real estate law, taxation, outsourcing/offshoring (IT-BPO), and PEZA & BOI.
Amanda, along with Gregory Kittelson and Michael McCullough, is the co-founder and Chief Legal Counsel of KMC Savills, a real estate firm, and KMC Solutions, the largest ISO-certified flexible office space and staff leasing provider in the Philippines. It has the country’s largest network of serviced offices and coworking space, with facilities across Metro Manila, Cebu, Clark, and Iloilo.
She is also the Managing Partner of Carpo Law & Associates, a specialized corporate law firm in the Philippines.
Before establishing the business entities mentioned above, she was a former senior tax consultant lawyer for PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), Philippines. Much of Amanda’s work experience is in international business transactions and inbound investments to the Philippines.
At present, she oversees the operations of her companies and enjoys participating in triathlons and marathons.
