Esther Lauren Perez

Atty. Esther Lauren Perez is the Legal Compliance Director of InCorp Philippines, where she advises clients on business and product registration, corporate housekeeping, data privacy, corporate governance, and due diligence.

She has over 10 years of professional experience across legal, banking, and corporate roles. Prior to her current role, she served as Senior Legal Counsel and Business Consultant at InCorp Philippines. Her experience also includes work as an Associate Lawyer in a law firm, reconciliation officer for an international bank, and contracts administrator for a building design firm. She has also conducted legal research for the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS) and the Department of Justice (DOJ), and completed internships with the Supreme Court of the Philippines, the Intellectual Property Office, and the Business Development team of the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC).

Esther was a business exchange student at the University of Technology Sydney and a scholarship recipient at the International Academy for Arbitration Law in Paris. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management, major in Communications Technology, from Ateneo de Manila University, and a Juris Doctor–Master in Business Administration (Second Honors) from Far Eastern University Institute of Law and De La Salle University.
