Employee Appreciation Week: Celebrating The People Behind Our Success

Last October 16 to 20, 2023, InCorp Philippines had its Employee Appreciation Week to celebrate the people behind the success of our organization, which is our employees. The week was filled with fun activities that everybody can enjoy. 

On Monday, we prepared a basket full of cards and chocolates where employees can write their messages and give to their colleagues that they appreciate the most. We also have trivia games and rewards for those who won the Employee Star Awards. 

Tuesday was full of pampering and treats. Our partners Shinagawa, Mary Kay, and Zennya came into the office to offer exclusive freebies and discounts, free makeup sessions, and a 15-minute massage. We also had a Bingo game before ending the day.

Wednesday is the day for financial accessibility and showcasing employee talents. We had exciting games prepared while ChinaBank offered credit card applications. The In.Music Club serenaded us with a soulful jamming session. The fun continued as Slimmers World offered a free facial and Zumba session. 

Thursday is an Early Halloween Party. UnionBank joined us, offering credit card options. We served a fun Jollibee meal for the kids and adults to enjoy. The afternoon continued with a parade of costumes and a program where kids played and danced with a chance to win toys and treats. 

Friday is the last day of our celebration. We had a town hall meeting where the members of the Management Committee expressed their appreciation and gratitude to their team members. We also had games and a jamming session to close the 1-week celebration.

Our employees are a big factor in our success, and we want them to know how much they are valued. We plan to continue growing and improving with these people as one solid organization. Wishing for more years of shared success!
