2nd Townhall 2025: Celebrating New Faces & Filipino Culture
Last, August 07, 2025, InCorp Philippines hosted its second quarterly townhall, celebrating Buwan ng Wika with a vibrant Filipino culture theme. Employees showcased their pride by wearing traditional Filipiniana and Barong attire.
The event kicked off with great energy as Erica Del Rosario, the People and Culture Champion, enthusiastically hosted the program. She invited employees to participate in a fashion show, where they proudly displayed their costumes and shared their favorite Filipino sayings. This fun activity also gave employees an opportunity to earn house points.
Following the lively activity, Chey Tolentino, the People and Culture Director, took the spotlight to deliver a heartfelt and inspiring welcome message. She extended her sincere gratitude to all employees for their unwavering dedication, teamwork, and unity.
As the event continued, Sherwin Urbano, the Head of Business Growth, delivered an insightful presentation highlighting the company’s recent developments, upcoming initiatives, and significant achievements from the second quarter, providing employees with a clear vision of the organization’s progress and future goals.
After sharing the company updates, we shifted the spotlight to the people behind these successes. We honored the GEM awardees for their exceptional performance, presenting them with certificates as a token of appreciation for their unwavering contributions and dedication.
But the fun didn’t stop there! The celebration continued with a special raffle draw for employees who celebrated their birthdays in the months of April to August.
We also took the time to celebrate important milestones, including work anniversaries, recent promotions, and the welcoming of employees who had successfully completed their probationary period and achieved regularization.
Before wrapping up the event, everyone came together to enjoy a delicious Filipino meal, adding the perfect finishing touch to the celebration. The day was a lively showcase of proud Filipino culture, heartfelt camaraderie, and remarkable dedication from everyone involved.
