Employee Appreciation Week 2024: A Spooktacular Celebration
Last October 28 to 30, 2024. InCorp Philippines held its Employee Appreciation Week as an annual celebration of the outstanding individuals who serve as the backbone of our organization. The week kicked off with fun festivities for everyone.
Day one started with a stimulating trivia game, offering participants the exciting opportunity to win digital rewards and a guided meditation exercise in partnership with Slimmers World. Our People and Culture team also invited some of our accredited bank partners and a government agency for employees who are interested in applying for a credit card and government documents. We also have employee merchants where they can sell their products, such as different kinds of food, pastries, clothes, bags, footwear, and customized pouches. Before the day ended, we also hailed the very first champion of the In.spiring Star.
Day two was truly a spooktacular occasion as we hosted a Halloween party for our little visitors. Kids of all ages came into the office dressed in spooky and fun costumes. Parents and guardians were also encouraged to partner with their kids and win prizes. Before the kids’ program, we served the children meals, which they enjoyed. Different departments also prepared loot bags with candies and snacks for our treat-or-trickers.
Day three was packed with pampering services for our employees. They had the chance to enjoy a free manicure, pedicure, and haircut. Zenya and Slimmers World also went to the office to provide massage and diamond peel facial procedures. Aside from that, the employees enjoyed a delightful bento lunch. After lunch, we had our quarterly party where new hires could showcase their talents, exclusive raffle prizes for the birthday celebrants for the months of August, September, and October, and recognition of work anniversaries and employee movements. Furthermore, the winners of the human bingo and raffle draws were also announced.
Our employees’ dedication and hard work are crucial to our success, and we sincerely appreciate them for their impactful contributions. As we reflect on their achievements, we look forward to the next Employee Appreciation Week, where we will continue to recognize and celebrate their invaluable efforts.
