InCorp Philippines Kick-Off Meeting: Adapting Today, Thriving Tomorrow
On January 22, 2025, InCorp Philippines proudly held its first Kick-Off Meeting for the year with an inspiring theme, “Adapting Today, Thriving Tomorrow.” This momentous event showcased our goals for the year and emphasized our dedication to embracing change, turning challenges into opportunities, and driving innovation forward.
The event started with high energy as Erica Del Rosario, the People and Culture Champion, brought InCorp PH to Hogwarts, departments were sorted into four teams, namely Gryffindor, Ravenclaw, Slytherin, and Hufflepuff. After this, employees got the chance to win digital prizes and house points with a little game that will test their wits around the theme “25”.
After the sorting and icebreaker activities, Chey Tolentino, the People and Culture Director, delivered a powerful message emphasizing our shared purpose and potential, encouraging everyone to remain resilient and to continually push beyond our limits.
Continuing with the event, Atty. Amanda Carpo, President and Managing Director of InCorp Philippines, formally initiated the Kick-off meeting by unveiling this year’s vision and ambitious goals. She highlighted that success was not achieved alone but through collaboration, dedication, and shared commitment.
Next, the Management Committee shared their team’s vision and goals this year, they were also able to discuss some of their key milestones from the past year and the strategy they will impose this year to achieve more growth and progress.
Chesarie Angeles, the 2024 Employee of the Year, and Roxanne Menguita, Payroll Services Manager, also reflected on how true success is shaped through teamwork and collaborative effort.
The excitement continued as, before the program concluded, the employees surprised Atty. Amanda with a heartfelt birthday celebration. It was a memorable occasion, overflowing with love, warmth, and joy as we honored her remarkable leadership and unwavering dedication to all.
As we wrap up this Kick-Off meeting, we are reminded of the power of a shared vision, the ambitious goals we strive to achieve, and the unwavering value of collaboration. With a focused mindset and a united spirit, we are fully prepared to embrace the challenges and seize the opportunities that lie ahead.
