

Philippine Health Insurance Corporation Contribution Update
The Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PHIC) would like to remind all members that starting January 1, 2024, the monthly premium will increase from 4% to 5% in compliance with the Universal Healthcare Act.
Premium adjustments were suspended in 2023, which remains the contribution rate at 4%. However, starting January 2024, implementation of the scheduled hike continues.
As per Philhealth Circular No. 2019-0009, effective December 7, 2019, Philhealth implements the new schedule for direct contributors. Below is the table for reference in the recent adjustment.
