InCorp Philippines Receives Seal of Registration from NPC

InCorp Philippines Gained Seal of Registration from the National Privacy Commission

InCorp Philippines obtained the Seal of Registration from the National Privacy Commission (NPC) for successfully completing the compliance process for Data Protection Officer (DPO) and active Data Processing Systems.

With this, the organization aims to protect the data of the people working and transacting with the company in accordance with the Data Privacy Act.

InCorp Philippines’ DPO Ivy Leslie Tahimic, stated, “The attainment of the Seal of Registration is a vibrant reflection of our organization’s commitment to observe and uphold the mandates of the Data Privacy Act of 2012, which provides our clients and other stakeholders, an assurance of our pledge to protect the personal data we process.”

The Seal of Registration of InCorp Philippines is valid until August 10, 2024. You may check the company’s privacy policy for more information on data collection and processing.

At the moment, the Data Protection Officer, together with the Management Committee of the organization, is set to discuss the timeline to roll out future plans regarding the implementation of data privacy initiatives.
